2009 Ride Schedule - All Hands

Once again the UTMA Board would ask this last or previous year's ride hosts sign up again in hosting rides in their preferred riding areas for 2009. Our club depends on many engagement efforts from our membership throughout the year – hosting a ride is one of the most important of these activities for our club and membership.

The Board is aware of the logistics, time and personal effort it takes to organize and host a ride. As a club, we must continue to support one another and our efforts if we are to remain viable. When we publish our 2009 schedule, communication is key in maintaining the ability for Ride Host to modify, change or if necessary cancel a scheduled ride. Please let the assigned UTMA Ride Scheduler or WEB Master know of any changes so it can be published as soon as possible. Let me hear of your ideas or suggestions so we can improve the ride schedule process.
